Network fix in Windows

This script will reset Winsock settings on a system. Winsock is a layer 2 protocol used to transfer data across networks.

1. Restart the system.
2. Use the netsh commands to reset Winsock settings.
3. Use the ipconfig command to verify the resetting of Winsock settings.
